High-low temperature coolant test system for batterys is specially used for thermal and hydrodynamic test on liquit-cooling battery pack. According to the demands of battery performance test, equipped with a variety of high performance sensors, the system can test flow rate, pressure and temperature of the battery pack coolant and can provide the temperature simulation, the pressure simulation and the flow simulation of the temperature range. RS485, CAN and other communication protocol are supported, which make the communication with host computer or charging machine available.
Heater and refrigeration units are controlled by multi-PID, which makes the system can simulation various working condition for the battery reliability and stability test.
Wide temperature control range: -40 ℃ - 85 ℃, 0.1 ℃ for minimum temperature fluctuation
Direct cooling technology is used. Compressor takes part in the whole temperature control circulation, heating and cooling are together.
